In these cases, it is often possible to perform an exterior renovation without erecting scaffolding and while maintaining as much of your quality of life as possible during the renovation.

However, if it involves removing an immediate danger or budget constraints, minor renovations can be carried out when necessary or the work can be divided into phases.
